If you have contacted the council within the past 12 months we would really value your feedback about your personal experiences of using Brighton & Hove City Council services. 

We welcome feedback on each service you have used. This will not take more than five minutes for each service. 

All responses to the survey are completely anonymous and will not affect any claim, application or other interaction you may have with council services.
