We’re seeking views from our customers, including residents, visitors and businesses, to understand your experiences of interacting with the council in the last year.

We cannot do this without your help, so please tell us what you think by completing this short survey

If you have contacted the council within the past 12 months we would really value your feedback about your personal experiences of using Brighton & Hove City Council services. 

We welcome feedback on each service you have used. This will not take more than five minutes for each service. 

In addition, we know that services or access to those services may have been significantly affected by the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic, and are keen to hear about your specific experiences during this time, in order to improve things for the future. This is an optional part of the survey and will take no longer than an additional 5 minutes to complete.

All responses to the survey are completely anonymous and will not affect any claim, application or other interaction you may have with council services.
