In order to provide feedback, you’ll first need to read the draft consumer standards. Please visit the following website where you can read the new standards - draft consumer standards

There are four new consumer standards and they are:

- Safety and Quality Standard

- Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard

- Neighbourhood and Community Standard

- Tenancy Standard
