  • The purpose for which your data will be processed is in the consideration of the proposed Traffic Regulation Order.  The comments that you submit will be held on file and if the TRO is taken to Environment, Transport and Sustainability Committee your comments will be published as part of the report on the Council’s website (but will not include your personal details).
  • The lawful basis for processing this data is GDPR Art.6 (e) in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller  under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the regulations relating to traffic regulation orders.

Who we will Share your Data with

  • Your data will be shared with other city council officers for the purpose of processing of analysis and reporting.

How Long we will Hold your Data (Retention)

  • Your data will be held for a period not exceeding 36 months. 

Transferring your data outside the United Kingdom

  • Your data is not processed outside of the United Kingdom.
