- The council has a legal duty to make sure we deliver our service in a fair way. We are collecting your personal data for the purpose of carrying out equalities monitoring of residents who have taken part in our consultation process around new parking proposals. The lawful basis for processing your personal data is public task.
- We are collecting your special category data (ie data of a particularly sensitive nature) for the purposes of Equalities monitoring of our service. The council’s lawful basis for processing this data is substantial public interest in line with the Equalities Act 2010.

- Your data will be shared with other city transport officers for the purpose of processing of analysis and reporting.
How Long we will Hold your Data (Retention)
- Your data will be held until a final decision on the way forward for a residents parking scheme has been reached by the Environment, Transport and Sustainability Committee.
