We are undertaking this consultation for the purpose of seeking your views on the Brighton and Hove Adult Learning Disability Strategy 2021-2026

Brighton and Hove City Council are not intending to collect or process your personal data within this consultation. However, where participants chose to provide personal data within the free-text boxes, we will be processing under a Legal Obligation (GDPR Article 6,c) via the Local Government Act 1999, Section 3.

How Long we will Hold your Data (Retention)

It is not our intention to process any personal data, however, where personal data is provided this will not be kept for longer than 1 month from when the consultation closes.
